It is infact a rehash of an 80s hit by a group called 'Bronski Beat' The track is called smalltown boy' and it was released around the time of the 8-bit era(1984) This is in fact a special mix of that track with different lyrics.

It causes the machine to count down, sorta like a time bomb, from 99. First time I've seen it. Maybe it's cause I never use those $1.50 "high efficiency" machines and use the standard ones instead.
